Another arrested for raping a foreign woman WEDNESDAY, 19 SEPTEMBER 2012 A Sri Lankan has been arrested on charges of raping a foreign woman who has been living here. The Finnish woman had been raped while she was at her residence at Gonapinuwala at Hikkaduwa. The woman has complained to the police that the man has also robbed Euros 400 she had with her. According to the police the incident has occurred due to a land dispute. The man arrested is the resident of the adjoining land.
