decision by Indian Premier Manmohan Singh to remain mysterious about
his CHOGM attendance, with the summit getting underway in two weeks, is
causing nervous flutters in uncanny places. The first of these, although
appearances can be deceptive, is Temple Trees – the unofficial
residence of President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
