Of Heroin and SL heroes: Heroin police OIC was transferred to Wellampitiya by Gota: Heroin is Duminda’s

PM) It is the two heroin business front liners of Sri Lanka who had
jointly arranged for the transfer of M.D. Munasinghe , the OIC of
Wellampitiya police who was arrested with 40 grams of heroin found
hidden in his almirah a day ago. Munasinghe was at the Maligawatte
police station about one and half years ago before he was transferred to
Wellampitiya , according to reports reaching Lanka e news inside
information division.
