Obama to Islamic State: ‘We will not be intimidated’

TALLINN, Estonia — President Obama pledged Wednesday that America would rally its might to ``degrade and destroy’’ the Islamic State and said its latest beheading of a U.S. journalist only served to galvanize forces seeking to punish the militants.
