Once upon a time, way back in the year 2012, then Technology Planning Head - Chandana who have left “Mobitel” to secure the CTO post in Atisalat just because of the so called Rasantha have initiated a project called “Customer Experience Management” and the Tender Bids were called upon the preparation of Technical Specifications in June, 2013. Accordingly 5 vendors have submitted their bids including the most favoured Chinese Vendors of the so called Rasantha, Huawei and ZTE.

It was very strange to notice that this so called SGM, Rasantha had taken every possible action to persuade his Technical Team to disqualify his ever loving Chinese Vendors, Huawei and ZTE at the Technical Evaluation Level just please his Big Boss, The Most Corrupt crony of the MaaRaa Regime, CEO, Ranjith Rubasinghe. This so called SGM, Rasantha have done his original coup to curtail this Tender only to restrict for other vendors who have not provided the existing Network Elements thereby to secure more profits to the “Cronies of the MaaRaa Regime” but with the Chinese influence through then Directors, Lady Director, Anoma and a Director who absorb any odor of stinky garbage as a Perfume, Ambawatta, the two (02) Chinese

Vendors managed to submit their Bids but with the ulterior motive of this so called SGM, Rasantha was kicked out without any justifiable reason at the Technical Evaluation.

It is given to understand that the Head of Radio Access Network, Dhananjaya has immediately tendered his resignation from “Mobitel” with immediate effect, after realizing that he is being heavily used by the so called SGM, Rasantha and upon the pressure from the so called SGM, Rasantha who wants to achieve one of his most corrupt deals approve through the next board Meeting in May 2015 with the full
blessings & able guidance of the most corrupt CEO, Ranjith Rubasinghe to introduce a “Customer Experience Management – CEM” system in “Mobitel”.

It is a known fact that the so called SGM had managed to short list only two (02) vendors who were channeled through the “Cronies of the MaaRaa Regime”, TEKTRONIX and EMPERRIKS. TEKTRONIX had managed to secure the BEST INTEREST of the so called SGM, Rasantha and his Big Boss, The Most Corrupt crony of the MaaRaa Regime, CEO, Ranjith Rubasinghe. A man called Neerajh is a regular and a frequent visitor the so called SGM in Welikada to represent TEKTRONIX and a man called Dias who was in “Bell of Lanka” sometime back to represent EMPERRIKS in this Tender. A man called Neerajh had won the kind hearts of the so called SGM and his Big Boss, The Most Corrupt crony of the MaaRaa Regime, CEO, Ranjith Rubasinghe.

Most surprising to note that there was a huge objection from the Senior Management Team (SMT) claiming that it is not at all viable to introduce such a Software based System spending Millions of Dollars as a Capital Expenditure – CAPEX by Mobitel and always the SMT had driven it be Operational Expenditure – OPEX based Solution since it is no way possible to justify a reasonable Return on Investment (RoI) and this idea was very well backed by the Chief Financial Officer, Nishantha and the
SGM/IT, Saman Perera. Almost all sensible members of the SMT had supported a OPEX based Solution but the so called SGM, Rasantha had done enough home work with his Big Boss, The Most Corrupt crony of the MaaRaa Regime, CEO, Ranjith Rubasinghe to achieve their target and canvassed through his subordinates without any hesitant. It is a shame to note that finally it was decided to implement the so
called CAPEX based Solution while the world famous telecom solution provider, Ericsson had done a live demonstration on a OPEX based Solution in Barcelona, Spain in March 2015 at the Mobile World Congress using their Indian Ocean region base in India. All the SMT members, Nalin Perera, Saman Perera, Lady Jean Fernandez, Prabath, Viresh, Namal, Sandagomi, Sudharshana including the so
called SGM, Rasantha and his Big Boss, The Most Corrupt crony of the MaaRaa Regime, CEO, Ranjith Rubasinghe had witnessed this solution during their recent visit to MWC/2015 in Barcelona. All other members other than the so called SGM, Rasantha and his Big Boss, The Most Corrupt crony of the MaaRaa Regime, CEO, Ranjith Rubasinghe had shown their interest on this OPEX based Solution and
openly expressed their views but no avail.
