Wednesday, 8 August 2018When Sri Lanka received independence, its administration and education were of an extremely high standard. Our graduates from the Arts and Medical faculties were considered equivalent to British university standards and were globally accepted. The English writing capacity of Arts graduates surpassed their British counterparts. They completed their postgraduate studies at British universities.
