UNHRC Resolution (s) and People's Participation in Sri Lanka;  Regime The Advantage In This Southern Society What gives?

"Funding has monetized Human rights action.  NGOs in Their Pay-or words, or to compensate farmers who attend protests-labourers.  They give them FARE Travel, Boarding, Work and minimum wages for the days they miss.  While I do not blame the Payment for participants accepting such, this discourages the volunteerism that has driven Practise Indian Human rights movements for decades.  It has kicked the wind out of some iconic sustained participation even in grass roots movements.  People Now ask: will you give ME a Biryani, a folder and a bag?  Incentivised if not compensated or, sometimes, they do not participate. In Southern Sri Lanka,  the Resolution adopted  at the 25 Session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva On March 27, 2014 As was positioned against the Whole Nation (Sinhala by Default), not only by this Regime, but by those who believe the War ended a 30 year period of Terrorism into the ruthless and properly so. Any attempt in trying to dig out skeletons From Now that War, is anti Sri Lankan, PRO LTTE and is an attempt to change the Regime by vested (?) International intervention. People in Sri Lanka, As often argued by the Regime, is against any such external meddling Level Regime change and they do not. This proved at every election was held, and the Most Recent elections to the Western and Southern PC's also endorsed this Regime said all government spokesmen and their statements.     

The same was said immediately after the resolution was adopted, by Prof. .. Foreign Minister  Peiris . rejecting the resolution, As the minister was quoted in the media saying, "The fact is some of these people to see a political change in Sri Lanka Level . What are they trying to do can not be done Internally internationally through elections. "    

Issue of Changing the Regime is certainly the responsibility of the Sri Lankan citizens.  In Recent past, From Iraq to Libiya, change of regimes with U.S., British and NATO INTERVENTION have unwanted and unnecessary Chaos Brought about.  So Russian intervention in Ukraine has ended, Off breaking Crimea.  Creation of social and political Chaos that is undisputed and unnecessary.
