Freelance journalist attacked in Jaffna

Group of 5 individuals arrive in the white van have attacked freelance journalist at 5.30 pm in Thirunalweli today.

Journalist name C.Mayuran (26) and his fried C.Sivadas (28) tried to rescue the victim were also severaly injured and rushed to Jaffna Teaching hospital. Area residents informed Kopai police and also suddenly caught all 5 suspects Police arrive the location arrested 5 suspects. According to the police all these suspects have involved in various criminal activities reported in the area.
