Fire breaks out in Kudawella fisheries harbour

fire which broke out at the Kudawella fisheries harbour in Hambantota a
short while ago has destroyed 4 trawlers, Ada Derana reporter said.
The cause for the fire is yet to be determined while the value of the destroyed boats has been estimated at around Rs 32 million.
He also said that fishermen and residents in the Kudawella area are currently attempting to douse the flames.
