Jaffna Catholic Church Writes To President Sirisena on 3 Major Concerns

The Commission for Justice & Peace of the Catholic Diocese of Jaffna has written to the President Maithipala Sirisena on  three of our major Concerns i.e., the release of political prisoners, accountability for those killed or disappeared during the war and for the resettlement of people back in their land.
