Large development contracts secured by China during former President Rajapaksa's rule face scrutiny for corruption.
Sri Lanka’s new government is taking a closer look at its relationship with China.
China had become the partner of choice for the former president, Mahinda
Rajapaksa, securing massive development projects. But Sri Lanka's new
leadership says it will review all Chinese deals in a bid to root out
corruption.
