MINNEAPOLIS — Every
other Saturday evening, the coup-plotters excused themselves from their
wives and kids to join a conference call. The half-
dozen dissidents — all middle-aged men, most with military experience —
dialed in from their suburban homes scattered across the South and
Midwest.
