Consensus on US resolution before UNHRC

Findings that Sri Lankan troops and Tiger guerrillas allegedly committed
war crimes spurred the Government into action in many spheres this
week. This is whilst the first United States draft resolution on the
findings of the OISL (the OHCHR investigation on Sri Lanka) went through
some significant changes during informal public discussions by members
of the Human Rights Council.
