Minister Kiriella: A butcher of the Good Governance

( February 28, 2016, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) As the Minister of University Education, does he have a right to issue letters like this to the Head of Department in the University? Is it only wrong when Rajapaksas do? Rajapaksas were probably wrong in handling issues through Vice Chancellors and UGC Chairperson.

However, in the following letter the Minister has ordered head of department in the University of Kelaniya to recruit a person as an assistant lecture. Shame on you Mr. Kiriella.
