of the pledges made by the present Government in its election manifesto
titled ‘The Five Point Plan for creating a new country in 60 months’
has been the delivery of economic democracy to people. In the preamble
to the manifesto, the party has emphasised that the restoration of the
proposed ‘social market economy’ is akin to the expansion of the
frontiers of the economy alias delivery of economic democracy to
people.
