The political victimisation commission [ the Presidential Commission on Political Victimisation ] directs the dismissal of on going cases at the court of law. It must be the first instance of the world history that a commission has done that. It actually represent a very dark imagination, says Radhika Cumaraswamy. A Sri Lankan lawyer Cumaraswamy served as the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and UN Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict.
