At least two people are in critical condition and another four injured after a small plane crashed into a car on a bridge in Miami.
One was transported to Ryder Trauma Center by helicopter, with burn injuries, according to NBC Miami. Another was taken by ambulance to Jackson North Medical Center with burns wounds as well.
A total of six are hospitalized and the others were taken by ambulances to local hospitals.
The Cessna 172H Skyhawk took off from Hollywood North Perry Airport around 12.40pm on it's way to way to Miami Opa Locka Executive Airport, according to Flight Radar 24. It is unclear why the three passengers were traveling from Hollywood to Miami.
The plane crashed on the Haulover Inlet Bridge near Haulover Park around 12.50pm after losing engine power on Saturday, according to the Miami Herald.

At least two people are in critical condition, and another four injured after a small plane crashed into a car on a bridge in Miami
The plane crashed into the car on a causeway near Haulover Park around 12.50pm on Saturday. An injured person can we seen lying on the sidewalk
The Cessna 172H Seahawk took off from Hollywood North Perry Airport at 12.38 and was planned to arrive at the Miami Opa Loca Executive Airport, but landed on the bridge a little over 10 minutes after takeoff. The flight reportedly had engine problems
The flight path seemed to indicate the pilot was trying to land on Collins Avenue before crashing into the bridge and a vehicle.
At least 25 fire rescue units were on the scene. A fire as well as a huge plume of smoke can be seen rising from the debris.
Footage from the scene shows the plane in pieces on the causeway bridge, while a red minivan is completely destroyed nearby.
A video a cyclist took shows civilians rushing toward the accident as smoke started rising from the plane.
FAA investigators are reportedly heading toward the scene. The agency and the National Transportation Safety Board will be investigating the crash.
Citizens watched on as the plane burned. Moments after the crash, people were seen running toward the crash to help
A public bus and several cars were seen stopped on the bridge and traffic is expected to be heavily delayed
Florida residents can been seen standing on the outer edges of the bridge as black heavy smoke billowed from the small plane as the smashed up aircraft burned. Smoke could be reportedly seen for miles.
Charred remains of the plane are left, with most of the exterior gone. Most of what remains are the wings.
Nearby drivers stood outside their cars and watched as a public bus and several cars were stuck on the bridge.
A part of the plane's wing can be seen lying on the causeway as it's fully engulfed in flames and smoke
Fire crews were able to put the fire out, but the bridge still remains closed as the damaged car and plane still remain there.
The bridge is closed from Sunny Isles Beach and Bal Harbour, police reported. Authorities said to expect heavy delays.
Miami-Dade Police have announced around 3pm that Collins Avenue has been completely shut down.
Bal Harbour Manager Jorge Gonzalez said traffic will be heavily affected. He told the Miami Herald: 'It is going to be a challenge for some time. The traffic grid is very fragile. An accident like this will have repercussions throughout Northeast Dade.'
