Senior DIG Pathirane who transported suicide bomber to murder Major General Janaka Perera plans to bolt from country !

(Lanka-e-News -04.Sep.2016, 11.45PM)  Former Senior DIG K.P.P Pathirane who was directly responsible for 27 murders including that  of Major General Janaka Perera which was committed through a suicide bomber , has planned to flee the country , based on reports reaching Lanka e news inside information division.

He is trying to flee to Australia..

Following the arrest and remanding of former senior DIG Anura Senanayake over the brutal cold blooded murder of Thajudeen , Pathirane who had realized he is going to be trapped next and definitely , has met ex defense secretary Gotabaya Rajapakse the notorious culprit behind many high profile murders. 

Gotabaya had advised him to somehow bolt from the country, based on reports reaching our inside information division. Accordingly he is attempting to flee to Australia, and Keheliya Rambukwela is  doing his best to get Pathirane out of the country. 

The Senior DIG who brought the suicide bomber  to assassinate Janaka Perera

Based on the exposures made by Lanka e news several years ago ,  ex senior DIG Pathirane who was in charge of Anuradhapura is linked to the murder of Janaka Perera committed on 6 th of October 2008. 

Janaka Perera who was at that time retired from the armed services , returned to Sri Lanka (SL) after serving as  a   foreign Envoy , to contest  the North Central  provincial  council (NPC ) election under the UNP. That election in fact was converted  more into a battle field with lawless Rajapakse government ‘s  ‘terrorists’ directly going on a violent  rampage against the opponents.   Anuradhapura UNP district manager Dr.John Pulle was brutally assaulted in broad daylight  while the police were watching, and his house was set on fire. Finally ,though UNP lost Janaka Perera won and became the NPC opposition leader .

On the fatal day , that is, on   2008-10-06 Janaka Perera summoned a UNP meeting. There were about 200 participants at the  meeting including John Pulle who was the victim of the earlier assault.  Since ,  war was on going at that time ,  Janaka Perera being the most popular and reputed  General , he had to be  provided with the security detail duly. Hence , it was impossible to penetrate that security detail by any outsider. 

Gotabaya who had however  planned the murder of Janaka Perera on the 6 th of October  ,  sent a suicide bomber of the Karuna group to Pathirane on the previous day. Gotabaya has himself phoned Pathirane and instructed to allow the individual he is sending into the security ring of Janaka Perera. The security ring of Janaka Perera was such it could be penetrated  only by the security divisions and not by any terrorist. 

Karuna’s suicide bomber was sent to Pathirane on the night previous to the day of murder . Whether he arrived from Colombo or Trincomalee is unsure because there are contradictory reports in that regard, according to Lanka  e news inside information division. However it is certain that previous night , that is 2008-10-05 , he was with Pathirane under his charge. 

On the following day , that is 2008-10-06 , the suicide bomber under the guise of a VIP security division member was transported  by  Pathirane after making him sit in the rear seat of his official vehicle ,  and then joined him with the security detail of Janaka Perera . It was very unfortunate the security contingent of Janaka Perera at that moment did not harbor any  suspicion or had the need or courage to search the  official vehicle of a senior DIG , Pathirane . 

The subsequent occurrences   and consequences were reported by the media. 

Soon after Janaka Perera concluded his speech  ,and his wife began hers , the suicide bomber who was among the crowd , came towards the stage , and after  thrusting his hand  into his shirt exploded the bomb. 

Consequent upon this suicide bomb attack , 27 people including Janaka Perera and  his wife , John Pulle and his wife died while 90 others sustained injuries.

The statement made by Pathirane to the media can be heard  even now via  audio recordings . What amount of bluff and lies he is resorting to in order to cover up his own aiding and abetting in this ghastly murder can be clearly fathomed by any ordinary listener . 

Rs. 20 million blood money …

After the accomplishment of the murder mission , Gotabaya  granted a donation of Rs. 20 million to Pathriane as ‘santhosam.’ Out of that ‘santhosam’ (blood money) , Pathirane has purchased a 4 acre Tea estate along with a super luxury bungalow in Matale.

 ( If Parhirane’s legitimate earnings are compared with his assets including the Rs. 20 million property and estate , it could be clearly understood how he earned these monies). 

 In addition , after Pathirane went  on retirement Gotabaya made him an advisor to his defense ministry paying him a massive monthly salary . As always ,Pathirane continued to do all the sordid and criminal biddings of the lawless murderous regime. 

What’s more ? Pathirane played the key role during the presidential elections on January 8 th 2015 , being in charge of election malpractices. ( A list of his own malpractices and misdeeds were revealed by Lanka e news at that time ) . For his sordid and squalid activities , Rajapakses rewarded him hugely.  With these monies he purchased a super luxury  apartment facing the sea in Kollupitiya , and a  Hotel at Maharagama.

No matter what , Pathirane is aware this government of good governance is going to live up to its name , and is going to conduct investigations unrelentingly into the crimes . He is therefore most watchful. Following the arrest and incarceration of Anura Senanayake another criminal senior DIG , Pathirane is panic stricken and frightened. He is therefore moving heaven and earth to bolt from the country .

To the dismay and disappointment of all, the police driver of Pathirane’s  vehicle  the only other witness who can testify to the transportation of the suicide bomber in Pathirane’s official vehicle has gone missing. Interestingly and intriguingly , the two PSD soldiers who transported  the suicide bomber involved in the murder of Jeyaraj Fernandopulle too were killed via an accident . It is being suspected whether the driver of Pathirane’s vehicle also faced a similar fate. In this connection it is best if a separate investigation is launched.

The blessed souls of the  27 victims who died including VIPs Janaka Perera and John Pulle , must be urging the relevant officials to ensure against cursed Pathirane   fleeing  the country , and to reveal the actual culprits behind these ghastly and brutal murders , following Pathirane’s arrest .
